The Real Estate section files so many types of instruments, it would be impossible to list them all. The main documents filed are: Deed Records, Deeds of Trust, Liens and Abstracts of Judgment, and Powers of Attorney

Veteran's discharge papers (DD-214) are recorded here but due to changes in recent legislation, these document are secured and are not available for public view.  Veterans and their designated representatives can still obtain copies of the appropriate documents. Foreign birth certificates as well as foreign marriage certificates are filed in the miscellaneous records. The documents below require the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be obtained here.
