County Auditor's Office is located at 112 W. Beauregard Ave. in the basement of the County Courthouse.

Bids are publicly opened at the Auditor's Office at 2:30 on bid's opening date.

HOW DO I GET ON  THE BIDDER'S LIST?

To be placed on the Tom Green County Bidder's list, e-mail or call the purchasing department.  We can fax or mail an application to you.  Fill out the application and send it back to the purchasing department and we will add you to the list and notify you of up and coming bids via mail.


HOW DO I RECEIVE A COPY OF AN RFP OR RFQ DISPLAYED ON THIS WEB SITE?

You can either call or e-mail the purchasing agent or assistant and we will send you the RFP or RFQ via U.S. Postal mail.


WHERE & WHEN ARE RFB'S/RFP'S AND RFSQ'S ADVERTISED?

1. On Wednesday/Thursday through the San Angelo Standard Times newspaper in section 603 bid specifications of the classifieds..
