In today's hi-tech environment, digital discovery is vital in the search for justice. The Digital Division of the County Attorney's Office is instrumental in collecting the dash cam recordings, body cam recordings, photographs, and any other evidence relating to the cases prosecuted by our Attorneys.

The vast majority of this digital evidence is discoverable and will be provided by the Digital Division to the defense upon request. Digital evidence will be copied to a flash drive, hard drive, or provided in a link depending on the situation and the needs of the defense.
