If you have a criminal case pending and wish to discuss your case with the prosecutor you must appear in person before a judge or court administrator and sign a Waiver of Attorney with the appropriate Court. Personnel in the County Attorney’s Office are not permitted to communicate through email, telephone calls, or other methods without the Waiver, so you will have to appear in person to discuss your case.
